What makes our plans better than the others. Detail: Over a 140 Pages We give you a drawing for every piece of tubing that show bending, notching and the angles of the notches from end to end, this greatly speeds construction, as you don't have to grind and fit the notches. Our plans consist of Section 1: Bill of Materials - we give you all sources for the parts, not just our part number forcing you to over pay for parts or spend a great amount of time finding the parts on your own. Section 2: Frame Construction - gives you drawings for every piece of tubing and step- by-step frame construction, Section 3: Front Suspension - covers upper and lower A arms and front spindle construction. Section 4: Rear Suspension - covers construction of rear trailing arms, and assembly of rear axle assemblies. Section 5: Rear Center section and brake assembly - covers construction and assembly of the rear center section, brake hub and caliper. Section 6: Air Shocks - covers air shocks and their mounts. Section 7: Pictures and additional information. Design: Our buggy uses US-size DOM tubing rather than heavy pipe, like others, this greatly reduces weight. Our completed rolling chassis with tires and wheels weighs only 530 lbs. That, combined with a modern high output sprocket drive street bike motor of your choice, means unbelievable performance. Our plans are designed with a choice of shocks. Economy shocks that are affordable, but achieve long travel, or air shocks that give you infinite adjustability, no mater how big the motor you use, or how heavy you are, you can infinitely adjust the ride height. Our rear trailing arm suspension design gives you the room out back for the big CC motors, unlike those that use rear A arms that require a big box in the middle, to hold it all together. Follow the plans to completion, then mount your 600 to 1300cc bike motor and you will have an unbelievable off road machine
